Medical Screenings
Former and current nuclear weapons and uranium workers are eligible to receive free periodic medical screenings. These screenings are to detect any illnesses that may have come from exposure to radioactive or toxic substances in the workplace.
Healthcare
In-home health care is a desirable alternative to long-term care in nursing homes, hospices, or hospitals. And, you don’t have to be home bound or have a chronic, long-term condition to receive care through the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA).
